All perfumes are carefully checked and packed before shipping to ensure quality. We recommend customers to open and check the parcel at the time of delivery (where service is available). Perfumes once used, sprayed, or opened without any defect cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. If the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must report it immediately upon delivery.
