Perfumes once used, sprayed, or opened without any defect cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. If the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must report it immediately upon delivery.

تمام پرفیومز کو شپمنٹ سے پہلے اچھی طرح چیک اور پیک کیا جاتا ہے۔ ہم گاہکوں کو مشورہ دیتے ہیں کہ ڈیلیوری کے وقت پارسل کھول کر چیک کریں (جہاں یہ سروس دستیاب ہو)۔ ایک بار استعمال شدہ یا کھولا گیا پرفیوم بغیر کسی خرابی کے واپس یا تبدیل نہیں کیا جا سکتا کیونکہ یہ حفظانِ صحت اور سیفٹی کی وجہ سے ہے۔ اگر پروڈکٹ خراب، لیک یا غلط ہو تو فوری طور پر ڈیلیوری کے وقت اطلاع دیں۔
